As you are aware Loftshop recently went into receivership and are no longer able to supply any spare parts for older Roto roof windows which are no longer under warranty.
As a gesture of goodwill Roto will endeavour to support you in the supply of any spare parts that are still available or in production.(costs will apply)
If you require any replacement parts please forward your enquiry either via emailing info.uk@roto-frank.com or by post.Within your enquiry please state the serial* number of your window and the part(s) that are required. If possible please include any photos as this will support your request and may speed up the procedure.
We will respond to your enquiry within 7 working days of receipt and will confirm whether the spare part(s) are available within a maximum of 28 days.
*To locate the serial number of your window it will either be on a name plate or coloured tag situated either within the frame of the window or at the very top of the sash. Without a serial number we may be unable to process your request.
